A cat is a highly unusal and emotionally sensitive creature very different from every kind of dog or other pet.  Cats are companions. 

             
I have had cats of all breeds my entire adult life and the Siamese, in my opinion, make better companions than any other breed.

One of the many things that set the Siamese apart is their eagarness to walk on a leash.

The Cosmos, whom we call simply Cosmo, is a Lilac point Siamese.  He adopted me four years ago in April.  It has only been within the last eighteen moths or so that I have finally drawn him out of himself however.
